Our History
ETB was established in 2003 with the ambition to make BPO services people-focused, reliable, and future-oriented. What started in Turkey has evolved into an international organization supporting clients across multiple countries. Throughout our growth, ETB has remained committed to its core purpose: creating genuine experiences and sustainable value for clients and society.
Growth & Developments
ETB continues to grow and evolve. Recently, we took an important step with the opening of our new office in Rabat, Morocco, alongside the strong growth of our Suriname operations. In addition, ETB achieved the Best Workplaces certification in Turkey for the first time, recognizing our focus on people and organizational culture. With clear plans for further international expansion in 2026, we continue to build a future driven by quality, growth, and people-first values.
